What We’re Looking For
The Account Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with program support, management, and analysis.
You will be responsible for managing and guiding the day-to-day operation of multiple MarTech projects, including supporting business planning, tactical execution, and business integration of digital initiatives. You must be able to multitask successfully under pressure, be highly organized, and take in information and break it down into clear, actionable next steps to move projects forward quickly.

MODintelechy is headquartered in Austin, Tx, but this role may be remote in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate on long-term strategy and create and manage a roadmap for the execution of large, complex projects.
Utilize the planned roadmap to develop program sprints in Asana, defining project responsibilities with stakeholders, analyzing, planning, and developing requirements.
Analyze the economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.
Provide end-to-end project management and deliver medium to large-scale projects using appropriate agile management techniques.
Manage competing priorities and timelines across cross-functional project teams and projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to project scope and budget standards.
Coordinate and effectively communicate with various team members during all project phases from initial development through implementation, including determining and defining clear responsibilities, creating schedules, and assigning/overseeing daily tasks and deadlines to ensure all team members are actively working toward established milestones, initiatives, and goals.
Continuously monitor project progress and make detailed reports as needed on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables. Meet regularly/hold technical meetings with team members to determine progress, address questions or challenges, identify problems, create solutions, and review proposed modifications on project plans to create greater efficiency.
Monitor and enforce project constraints (schedule/scope/resources).
Lead quality assurance by actively engaging throughout the project lifecycle, reviewing all parts against the intake brief, testing and reviewing deliverable output against scope feedback, etc., and ensuring all changes are made.
Analyze, establish, and implement project improvements, technical processes, and training when needed.
Create project briefs that include an overview, strategy, budgets, and full scope of project needs, along with general project deadlines and milestones, in partnership with the strategy team. Ensure client alignment on briefs and KPIs (key performance indicators).
Evaluate and optimize programs based on business objectives and performance analytics.
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience managing hands-on skills related to email marketing, websites and campaign landing pages, marketing projects, data projects, etc.
Expertise with the development of large/complex communication programs using email automation tools and features like journey builders, personalization tools, and customer segmentation platforms required.
Must possess strong knowledge of business, marketing, communications, and information technology.
Experience with SAP and Salesforce products and surrounding products like Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, CDPs, etc., and should be familiar with how these technologies integrate into a MarTech stack.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or technical field/work experience.
Asana, Wrike, Jira, Miro, or other project management tool experience.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of project management, organizational, and time management skills to start/finish projects successfully, including processes, strategies, and methodologies.
Excellent thinking/analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
Strong leadership qualities and teaming abilities to motivate various team members associated with projects.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to help guide team member engagement.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload based on timelines and approvals, strong diligence, and a sense of urgency and follow-through to get things done.
Flexible and able to work in an interactive environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change.
Keen sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and collaborating with team members.
Purposeful mindset with the ability to predict challenges and seek to head off obstacles proactively.
PMP or project management certification a plus.
